This piece was inspired by the paintings of green-bodied humans by artist Elizabeth Glasner. Having also read the works of Haruki Murakami, I wanted to create a textile that evokes the image of a bewitchingly beautiful human figure. When viewed up close, the fabric appears gradated, and from a distance, a face emerges. Because the pants are elastic, they can also be worn by men if the length is right. These striking bottoms are cool and lightweight for hot summer days.
